SoFi | Raise Week

Objective:
To create a series of illustration for the articles that were being published for our first every "Raise Week" campaign. The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness around the topic of asking your employer for a raise. We created content around how one should approach asking for a raise through series of articles, social media posts, webinars and events.

Challenges:
Since this was our first annual Raise Week, we had to do everything from scratch. It was a huge undertaking for a campaign of this scale. We underestimated the amount of work and resources that was needed to execute a campaign of this size.

Process:
Worked closely with the Creative Director to establish the direction and style of the illustrations for the series of articles. We wanted the illustrations to be sophisticated and neutral to represent our brand. We decided to go with very simple shapes and colors to create a minimal style to represent this campaign.
